Job Duties:
- Prepare food items and cook complete dishes.
- Oversee kitchen operation and supervise helpers.
- Maintain inventory and record accurate food and all the supplies.
- Train new kitchen staff.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen at the end of shift.
