Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
• Perform physical labor on construction sites including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Assist in setting up and taking down temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work closely with site supervisors and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
