Position: Construction Painter
Number of job vacancies: 1
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Hourly Wage: $28.00 (Depends on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Primary Service of Business: General Construction and Renovation of Commercial and Residential Projects
Services in General Construction and Renovation of Commercial and Residential Projects; that includes services in different areas such as tiling, painting, plumbing, electric, carpentry, flooring etc.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Review and analyze our different operational processes and assist in the planning and implementation of improvement within our company
- Read specifications to determine quantities of materials required
- Prepare and clean surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding, sandblasting, hydro-blasting and steam-cleaning
- Remove old wallpaper and loose paint
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and sandpaper and apply sealer
- Mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture
- Apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, oil, varnish, fiberglass, metal coating or fire retardant using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
Employment requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- 2 – 3 years experience in interior and exterior painting
