Samra Bros Framing Ltd located at 12346, 93 Avenue,Surrey, BC, V3V 7A5 is looking for 2 full-time/Permanent Construction Cleaner to join their team at the earliest.

Position Available: 02

Salary $25.00/hr

Language: English.

Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent



Duties:

Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs,



Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse,



Empty trash cans and other waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings,



Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs,



Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies,



Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair,



Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures,



Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas



Education & Experience:

• No formal education is required.

• On-job training will be provided.
