Job Description:

Shristi Systems & Solutions Inc. is hiring one full time Computer Systems Manager to join their team on permanent basis.

Job Duties:

• Strategize, manage, direct, monitor and assess the daily operations of the business.
• Create and execute policies and procedures for electronic data processing and services offered by the company and its operations.
• Meet with clients for discussing their system needs, specifications, expenses and deadlines.
• Build and oversee teams of IT personnel/technical staff to effectively provide services and solutions to current and future clients.
• Monitor the cost and expenses of the business.
• Hire and administer, technicians, sales staff and other employees while supervising their professional growth and training.
• Provide advice and training to clients and employees in response to identified difficulties.
• Collect and document user's requirements.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software and services offered.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering is required
• 2-3 years of experience in the related field is required
