Como Sushi Enterprises Ltd. dba Sushi U Plus is looking for full-time Cooks.
Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $16.75~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 128-1960 Como Lake Avenue, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 3R3

Job Duties:
- Prepare accurate ingredients in accordance with the complete meals or individual dishes
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Check food and ingredients for freshness
- Always keep the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized
- Oversee kitchen operations
- May involve in recruitment, training of new staff
- Create new menu items, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
