Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 3
• Work Location: 885 Cranberry Lake Road, Valemount, BC V0E 2Z0

Job Duties:

• Supervise and arrange staffs' schedule and activities regarding food preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare and check specific food tray ordered by chef if necessary
• Train workers in job duties and procedures of sanitation and safety
• Manage storage and keep records of items to prevent any shortage
• Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
• Handle customers’ complaints or concerns

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
