Position Info:
– Position: Executive Housekeeper (6312 B)
– Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Wage: $16.75~$18.00 /hour (depending on Experience)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours /week
– Number of Positions: 1
– Work Location: 885 Cranberry Lake Road, Valemount, BC V0E 2Z0
Benefits:
– 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
– Establish and implement operating the housekeeping procedures and standards
– Coordinate the activities of housekeeping employees
– Train new employees for their job duties and update current employees of any updated policies.
– Report to supervisor/General Manager of any issues within employees
– Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that regular health and Covid-19 health regulations, safety standards are being met
– Records of equipment purchases and supplies, and maintain inventory
– Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
– Assist supervisor/General Manager with financial records, budget preparation, employees’ schedules.
– Responds to customers’ complaints and feedback
Job requirements:
– Language: Proficient level of English is required
– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
– Experience: 1~2 years of experience in cleaning services at accommodation facilities or previous supervisory experience required.
