Position Info:
– Position: Guest Service Supervisor (6313 B)
– Terms of employment: Full-time and Permanent
– Wage: $21.54 ~ 23.00 per hour (depending on Experience)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours /week
– Number of Positions: 1
– Work Location: 885 Cranberry Lake Road, Valemount, BC V0E 2Z0

Job Duties:
– Overseeing and assessing front staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
– Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation at the front desk.
– Assisting front staff with duties where required.
– Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units.
– Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repair work
– Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
– Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
– Assisting management with development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
– Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer complaints and feedbacks and report to management.
– Performing additional duties where needed.
Job requirements:
– Language: Proficient level of English is required
– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
– Experience: 1~2 years of customer service at accommodation facilities or previous supervisory experience in related field is required.
