Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience required

Languages:

Specific Skills:

Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crews Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met

Ensure that eco-cleaning services provided are top notch and select and purchase equipment, other supplies, and maintain inventory
Hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff and supervisors
Maintain financial records and prepare budgets, payroll and employee schedules

Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaners and supervisor by assigning work and prepare work schedule
Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
Inspect premises to ensure safety and cleanliness requirements are met

Essential Skills:
Ability to lead, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing.
