Job duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty, industrial, commercial and residential cleaning jobs.
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met as well as order products and equipment for each required jobs to be completed.
Recommend or arrange additional services for clients on the job sites that are possible and book in for follow up cleanings.
Prepare training plans for new employees and monitor new employee work to help train and transfer skills.
Keep track of costs and overages to keep clients informed during jobs for transparency as well as to get confirmation from clients to proceed on additional services required.
Preform cleaning duties along side new staff that being trained to show them hands on proper techniques to stay safe and to learn.

Physically Fit – lifting 30-50 pounds frequently
Operate cleaning machines is an asset
Ability to manage people and schedule staff
Complete training for new employees
Be strong communicator verbally and in writing.
