HKN Cleaning Services Looking for one cleaning Supervisor to join their team at 12532 114 Ave Surrey, BC V3V 3N7 . This will be a full time/permanent positions with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

 The following are the responsibilities for this job position:

• Hire and train cleaning staff 
• Get paid for performing cleaning tasks
• Provide suggestions for or make agreements for any further services that are necessary, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furniture and equipment. 
• May engage certain cleaning tasks. 
• Prepare a budget, determine costs, and maintain financial records. 
• Verify locations or facilities to ensure they adhere to set safety and cleanliness requirements 
• Manage and oversee the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaner and janitors.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School Education is required
• 2-3 years of experience is required in the related field
• Basic English is required

What we Offer:

• $28.85 per hour
• 4% Vacation pay
• On the job training will be provided
