Wage:                                                            $18.00 per hour

Type of Employment:                                     Permanent, Full time, 30-40 hrs/week

Employment conditions:                                Overtime, Early morning, Evening, Weekend, Night

Job Requirements:

Language:                                                        English (can fairly communicate)

Education:                                                        At least high school graduate

Experience:                                                      Experience is an asset but we will train

Tasks:

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Clean changing rooms and showers,
• Address customers' complaints or concerns

Security and safety:                                      Criminal record check

Transportation/travel information:                 Vehicle supplied by employer, Public transportation is available

Work conditions & physical capabilities:      Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work setting:                                                  Commercial building, Cleaning service company, Various locations, Office building, medical clinic
