Royal Principal Ballet Academy is looking for a new Chinese folk dancing teacher. Our New Westminster studio in BC is welcoming those who have dancing diploma and passion of teaching to our team. For our Fall semester in 2021, we now have an opening of full time, permanent job opportunity for you!

Job Description
 Teach dancing technique and artistic interpretation to amateur and professional individuals and groups
 Teach the techniques, cultural origins and symbolic meanings of Chinese folkloric dances
 Teach recreational dancing lessons such as ballroom dancing
 Prepare dance students for specific auditions and performances
 Train and exercise to maintain the required levels of ability and fitness

Skill Requirement
 Chinese Folk Dancing performance on stage
 Dancing college minimum two year study diploma required
 At least 3 year dance teaching experience
 Dance tutoring in English teaching environment experience required
 Be able to train other co-worker dancers to be folk dance teacher
 Marketing skills a good asset
 Mandarin speaker a very good asset

Compensation: $38/hr; 30-40 Hrs/week

Job Type: Permanent full time, need teaching evening and weekend class
