Position Info:

·         Position: Food Services Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $26.45~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 9471 No. 2 Road, Richmond, BC V7E 2C9

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

·         5 days of paid sick leave per year

Job Duties:

·         Plan, control, and oversee the overall operations of the restaurant

·         Plan and implement the operational procedures

·         Oversee, evaluate staff performance, and set staff work schedules

·         Control operational costs and modify prices and procedures

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Handle customer complaints

·         Negotiate the price, payment, and other arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Recruit and train new staff and current employees

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
