 Salary: $17.17 to $17.50 / hour (To be negotiated)

 Start date: As soon as possible

 Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children

Work setting: Employer's home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Public transportation is available

Work site environment: Non-smoking, Scent free

Tasks

Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Supervise and care for children, Tend to emotional well-being of children

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability
