Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent Chief Financial Officer to join their team.
Job duties:
- Identify the organization's mission and strategic trajectory as outlined by its policies and tangible goals.
- Analyzing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.
- Allocate resources – material, human, or financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives, endorse promotional endeavors, and oversee human resources planning.
- Establish financial and administrative controls and strategically plan, monitor and evaluate the policy development, implementation of procedures to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of an organization.
- Authorize and structure the creation of key departments and corresponding senior leadership roles.
- Choose and Recruit supervisors and team leaders and set up a stratification for employees and empower them with requisite authority, and foster conducive work environments.
- Facilitate collaboration among regions, divisions, or departments.
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies accordingly.
- Serve as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or appoint delegates for such responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in business administration or finance.
- Minimum 4 Years of experience is required.
- Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
