Salmon House On the Hill is looking for experienced Chef
- Position and Period:, Chef, Full-Time, Permanent
- Wage and working hrs: $22 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week
- Location of Job: 2229 Folkestone Way West Vancouver, British Columbia V7S 2Y6
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Benefit: Dental and Extended health benefit after 12 months employment
Main duties
– Prepare and cook complete meals
– Plan menus and create new recipes and sauce and ensure food meets quality standards.
– Plan food preparation and cooking activities.
– Estimate food requirements
– Train and supervisor staff in food preparation, cooking and handling food
– Check Inventory and evaluate the ingredients
– Supervising and consulting with customers regarding special arrangement
Requirements
– 3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation
– High School graduation or higher
– Able to communicate in English
