Job Title: Chef (NOC: 6321)

Employer: Cast& Crew

Location:  855 St. Anne’s Street Bathurst NC E2A 6X1

Wage: 16/hr for 30 to 50 hours per week

Vacancy:  1 vacancy

Terms of employment: permanent/ full time

Start Date: as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English or French

Education

• Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience

• 1 yr to less than 2 years

Duties:

·      Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

·      Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking garnishing and presentation of food

·      Create new recipes

·      Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory

·      Prepare and cook food on a regular basis

·      Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

·      Requisition of food and kitchen supplies

Ability to supervise

·      3- 4 people
