Job Description: This Company is currently hiring 1 full-time permanent Certified Dental Assistant

to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts.
• Assist dentists with all aspects of dentistry performed in Clinic.
• Sterilizing equipment and following proper hygienic protocol.
• Preparing and taking X-rays of patients.
• Helping with administrative tasks in the office such as scheduling and record-keeping.
• Teaching and advising patients on proper oral hygiene.
• Maintain dental instruments and equipment; maintains appropriate levels of dental supplies, linen, stores and pharmacy supplies.
• Take and record vital signs as needed.
• Perform prophylaxis, fluoride and fissure sealant procedures.
• Assist with the maintenance of quality assurance standards and their documentation.
• Assisting the dentist with emergency dental work.
• Remove stitches from wounds.
• Apply and remove rubber dams for dental procedures.
• Managing the inventory of dental equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of College Diploma is required.
• On-the-job training will be provided
