Duties:
Supervise and coordinate activities of catering staff; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Establish work schedules; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Prepare budget and cost estimates; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Ability to supervise 3-4 staff
Education: College/ CEGEP
Experience: 1+ year
Terms of employment: Permanent
Wages: $15/ hr
