Description
We are hiring for an experienced “Cashier” for Ultramar Gas station located at 4 Cattail Ridge Sackville, NB E4L 3S1 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate cash register.
- Suggestive selling; Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments.
- Scan items.
- Tabulate total payment for goods or services required.
- Receive payment for goods or services.
- Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
- Stock shelves and clean counter area.
- Greet customers; Wrap or place merchandise in bags.
- Provide customer service; Calculate foreign currency exchange.
- Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol or tobacco products
Prerequisites:
Education: No formal education required
Experience & Skills: Experience an asset
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 13.75 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
