Description
Canaan Meat Shop is located at 6911 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5E 1E5. We are currently looking for a full time Cashier. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Cashier
Types: Full-time, Permanent (part time also available)
Wage: CAD$18.00/hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Operate cash register;
• Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments;
• Scan items;
• Receive payments;
• Tabulate total payment for goods;
• Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales;
• Stock shelves and clean counter area;
• Greet customers;
• Wrap or place merchandise in bags.
Job Requirements:
• Education: not required;
• Experience: not required;
• On-the-job training provided.
