Position Info:

• Position: Web Designer
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00 – $40.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 1308-1030 West Georgia Street, Vancouver BC V6E 2Y3

Job Duties:

• Participate in internal feedback sessions
• Develop the look, layout, and flow of the website by sourcing, organizing, and selecting information for inclusion
• Create and optimize content for website using a variety of graphic, database and other software
• Conceptualize creative ideas and prepare mock-ups
• Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
• Plan, design, modify, integrate, and test website related code
• Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience as a computer programmer or graphic designer or in relevant industry is required
• Education: A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, communications or business or Completion of a college program in computer science, graphic arts, Web design or business is required
