Job Duties:
- Measure and combine ingredients and prepare fillings and glazing pastries
- Bake mixed batters and dough
- Maintain the clean and organized workstations
- Organize and keep track of inventory such as baking supplies and ingredients
- Ensure baked goods meet food safety and quality controls
- Operate machinery
- Write a production schedule and order list
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
