Description
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant’s coffee service
- Determine menu item offerings, review recipes, and implement operational procedures for the coffee bar
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training for the coffee bar
- Set coffee bar staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices related to the coffee bar
- Negotiate with suppliers for coffee, milk and other coffee bar-related supplies
- Order and set up ordering systems for coffee, milk and other coffee bar-related supplies
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Only those able to legally work in Canada need apply. Looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of high end coffee experience. A diploma in hospitality or food and beverage service is required.
