Position Info:
- Position: Customer Service Representative Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $30-$35/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 210- 1200 Alpha Lake Road, Whistler, BC V8E 0H6

Job Duties:
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work for in house systems
- Work with customers and technicians to determine repairs and provide timely information to the customer base
- Train workers in their job duties and company policies
- Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional and timely manner
- Obtain supplies and materials by requisition
- Determine work procedures, work schedules, and workflow for customer service staff
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- Co-ordinate, assign, review work between the customer base and technicians
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years experience in related industry is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
