Position Info:

  • Position: Customer Service Representative Supervisor
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $30-$35/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Work Location: 210- 1200 Alpha Lake Road, Whistler, BC V8E 0H6

Job Duties:

  • Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work for in house systems
  • Work with customers and technicians to determine repairs and provide timely information to the customer base
  • Train workers in their job duties and company policies
  • Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional and timely manner
  • Obtain supplies and materials by requisition
  • Determine work procedures, work schedules, and workflow for customer service staff
  • May perform the same duties as workers supervised
  • Co-ordinate, assign, review work between the customer base and technicians

Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Experience: 1~2 years experience in related industry is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
