We are currently looking for a Building Caretaker for a North Vancouver site. The Caretaker is responsible for cleaning & maintaining a residential high-rise building
We are looking for friendly and professional individuals.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Looking after the property, cleaning & maintaining the common area
- General maintenance & repairs of the interior and exterior of the building
- Meeting trades & coordinating access to the building
- Coordination of move in/out
- Programming fobs, buzzer
- Provide weekly and monthly reports
- Administrative and communication skills, writing emails
QUALICIFACTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years of caretaker experience
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent time management
- English skills
- Ability to deal with customers in a positive & respectful manner
