Job Title- Building Caretaker

Positions Available-2

Job Type- Permanent, Full-Time.

Start Date of Employment(approx)-As soon as possible

Wage Rate- $20 per hour(40 hours/week)

Benefits- 4% Vacation Pay. Work safe BC.

Skills Requirement:

Completion of High School or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and skills.
Ability to perform small repairs.
Experience- 2-3 year of experience in a related field is required.

Language Requirements- English.

Job Duties:

Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures.
Operate Industrail vacuum cleaners to remove scraps and other dirt refuse.
Wash windows , interior walls and ceilings.
Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
Sweep.mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Cut grass and tend grounds and plants.
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repairs.
May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment.
Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect rent.
Make adjustments and able to do minor repairs.
