Description
At T-Vision Media Culture Ltd., we are specialized in radio and television broadcasting, public relationships, and digital marketing. Our biggest business affiliate is FM 105.9, a Chinese broadcasting station, which broadcasts news, expert reviews, sports events, community activities in Greater Toronto Area, various practical life guides, children's education; as well as cultural, music, health topics in cooperation with top international media programme.
Job Responsibilities:
o Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the station, ensure the entire team is working toward the same organizational goals
o Develop and implement policies and procedures for the station
o Plan, coordinate and direct the broadcasting activities
o Review and approve the related programs and policies
o Develop, maintain and improve relationships with stakeholders such as government, local communities, private businesses to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
o Control the expenditure and budget of the broadcasting programs
o Oversee the recruitment and training processes of staff

Required Qualifications and Experience:
o Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in communications, broadcasting or other arts discipline
o Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
o Work Language: English
o Asset Language: Mandarin
Work Location:
o 110 Riviera Drive, Suite 4, Markham, ON L3R 5M1
Term and Schedule:
o Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week
