Description
Position: Construction Project Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $36.25 ~$40 /hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
• MSP Premium Coverage (after 3months)
Job Duties:
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Plan, organize control, direct and evaluate daily operations
Implement policies and procedures for quality control
Enhance quality control programs
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions and additions to contractual agreements
Choose trade subcontractors and organize their activities
Actively involve in recruitment and supervision of staffs
Analyze of data and information
Instruct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Job requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent, are required.
Educational Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
• English
