Boxing trainer/coach

Bisla Martial Arts is a place where youth and adults can find strong role models. They are provided the attention and support they need to nurture their talents. They have a great facility and can easily accommodate scheduled classes and have plenty of room to do personal training at the same time. The instructors at BMA encourage everyone to meet their goals while building their self-esteem and gaining confidence whether that is inside or outside of the gym.

We are looking for a Boxing trainer/coach, the ideal candidate will have a passion for boxing, a minimum of 2 years of hands-on coaching experience and is well-versed in the rules and techniques of boxing, including footwork, punches, defensive strategies, and overall training methodologies (technical knowledge).

$26.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Education:

No formal education required

 

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience and technical knowledge is required.

 

Languages:

Written and Oral English required

 

Duties:

• Plan, develop and implement boxing training and practice sessions

• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the students

• Nurture and develop students' potential skills and abilities

• Develop, plan and coordinate competitive schedules and programs

• Motivate and prepare boxing students for competitions

• Formulate competitive strategies, develop game plans and direct students during events

• Analyze and evaluate students performances and modify training programs.
