Cranbrook Bottle Depot in Cranbrook, BC is looking for a full-time bottle depot manager.
Job Position: Bottle Depot Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct bottle depot operations
- Oversee and evaluate daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Investigate market research and trends to work on recycling business
- Monitor, authorize and allocate expenditures
- Develop production schedules and maintain inventory of recycling products
- Handle and resolve work-related issues or conflicts
- Hire, train, and supervise depot staff ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school required.
– Min. 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field
Term: Full-Time (30~40 hrs per week), Permanent
Wage: $ 23.20 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
