Job Description:
This company is currently hiring 1 full-time permanent Bookkeeper to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
· Record day to day financial transactions of the company.
· Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books and financial statements, and maintain general ledgers.
· Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, utility, and other bills.
· Manage account receivables and payables for the company.
· Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to management if required.
· Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary School is required.
· Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
Or
1 to 2 years of related experience is required.
