Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.62-$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1467 Hampshire Road, Victoria, BC V8R 4T5

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Hire, train and manage staff 
• Implement customer service strategy and marketing plans
• Estimate, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Maintain health and safety regulations are followed
• Develop and analyze budgets to maintain the restaurant’s profits and determine the cost
• Modify food preparation method and prices according to the restaurant budget
• Oversee and conduct staff performance reviews
• Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
