Blenz Coffee is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $17~$20/hour (depending on Experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 6334 Bay Street, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2G9

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Participate in train staff in their task and responsibilities

·         Supervise the staff to make sure food and drink are prepared well in a timely manner

·         Estimate and order of ingredients required for food preparation

·         Plan staff work schedules and work methods to meet the load

·         Make sure that food meets quality standards.

·         Participate in the hiring food service staff and give support in the development of procedures

·         Handle customers’ complaints or concerns

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
