Position Info:

• Position: Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $25.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1999 Country Club Way, Victoria, BC V9B 6R3

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate activities those of other departments and prepare work schedule
• Train and arrange for training of cleaning staff
• Oversee and report on performance of employees
• Ensure financial records are maintained
• Make sure sites or facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
• Assist cleaners in performing duties

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1 ~ 2 years of relevant work experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
