Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50~$21.50/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: #1 1104 20 Avenue NW, Calgary, AB T2M 1E8

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule food service staff’s activity
• Monitor the inventory and estimate and order ingredients and supplies for food preparation
• Ensure the quality of overall service and food meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Hire and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
