Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~44 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 3
- Work Location: 7724 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB T2V 1K2

Job Duties:
- Cook complete meals and individual dishes following the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and monitor expiry dates of ingredients
- Order and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- May assist in planning menus, determining food portions, and estimating food costs
- Hire and train new kitchen staff in preparation and handling of food
- Ensure the kitchen, food storage, and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
