We are looking for experienced Bakery Supervisor for Summerhill Market located at 446 Summerhill Ave Toronto, ON M4W 2E4 Canada.

Job Duties:

• Train staff in preparation, baking and handling of food.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Schedule staff
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 18.00 to $ 25.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
