C Market Coffee is located at #111-100 Schoolhouse St., Coquitlam, BC V3K 6V9. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Bakers. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Baker
Wage: CAD$17.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30-40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips, Employee discounts
Job Duties:
• Prepare dough, mixtures, and icing & frostings for various baked items and cakes based on the recipes and customers’ orders;
• Cut, shape and bake dough and mixtures;
• Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods;
• Prepare production schedules to determine right quantities and types of goods to produce;
• Maintain and requisition baking supplies and materials;
• Ensure quality of goods meets the shop’s standards;
• Train staff.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or completion of a college or other program for bakers or 2-3 years of commercial baking experience.
