Country Crocus Bakeshop in Hamiota, MB require 3 full-time Bakers to perform the following duties:

Job details:

Location: 25 Maple Avenue East, Hamiota, MB R0M 0T0

Salary: $15.30/hour

Vacancies: 3 vacancies

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 40-50 hours/week

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Overtime, Early morning, Day, Weekend, Night

Job requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work setting: Bake shop, In shop

Personal suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Excellent oral communication, Judgement, Reliability, Team player

Food specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Wedding and specialty cakes, Donuts and muffins, Cake decorating

Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, Bake mixed dough and batters, Prepare special orders, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas, Operate machinery

Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Hand-eye co-ordination, Manual dexterity, Overtime required, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure
