Description
We are looking for well-experienced Bakers for “10tation Event Catering” located at 232 Norseman Street, Etobicoke ON, M8Z 2R4 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Mix and knead dough ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
- Adjust oven temperatures and place items into hot ovens for baking.
- Slice, dice, and prepare toppings such as vegetables, meats, and cheese.
- Draw up a production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
- Follow special dietary requirements.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Ensure baking is performed to the proper standard and specification.
- Ensure all showcase specifications are met.
- Receive and store inventory related to baking.
- Ensure all food safety practices are met, such as cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment.
- Assist in any other duties as required.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $18.00 to $26.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
