Salary: $22 / hour, 40 hours/ week

Duties:
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for dinner buns, egg tarts, pineapple buns,
- Prepare dough for cover of baked pasta
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- decorate cakes or other baked goods
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards
- create production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce per month
- Purchase baking supplies- ensure cost effective calculations on materials and sales
- hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
Requirements and experience
- Completion of secondary school
- Working in the field for at least one year
- Food Safety Certificate
