Basic Function: The Baker is responsible for the preparation and baking of pastries and breads for the cafés while ensure the highest level of product quality and sanitation is achieved.

Duties:

Bake mixed doughs and batters
Prepare dough for pies, breads, and sweet goods and icings and frostings according to recipes.

Prepare a variety of pastries and breads: sandwich loaf, artisan bread, buns, Asian buns, and seasonal bread for the cafe.

Ensure quality of pastry and bread products meets established standards Monitor and maintain cleanliness of all pastry and bakery kitchen equipment

Maintain inventory and records of baking supplies and equipment

Skills:
Work well alone and with teammates. Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
