Wage: $35.00-$41.00 per Hour(To be negotiated)

MAIN DUTIES:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent services.  
• Ensure customers receive timely, efficient, and professional service.  
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
• Implement strategies to boost sales, manage stock levels, and drive promotions.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports, budgets, and other performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to the store manager regarding store performance and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, and financial transactions.
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as in-store promotions, advertising, and events to attract customers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Ensure proper glass displays and organization on the sales floor.
• Step in for the store manager when needed and help with leadership responsibilities.
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain team morale.

 OTHER DUTIES:

• Handle claims for Windshield Repair & Glass replacement in ICBC GWE.
• Liaise with ICBC provincial glass operations.
• Ordering and liaising with suppliers, dealers, third party sublet of recalibrations.
• Receiving of Orders from suppliers & reconciling items received with the items ordered.
• May perform other duties reasonably assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS：

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration is required
• Minimum 9 months of working experiences in auto-glass repair or the related shop is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner.
• Ability to Supervise and to lead a team in the auto-glass repair or the related shop.
• At least two years’ working Experiences as the Customer Services Executive or Customer Services Manager are preferred.
• At least two years’ working Experiences as the Marketing Services Executive or Marketing Services Manager are preferred.
• Certification for the ICBC Glass Repair Program is as asset.
