SF Legacy Motors is a Canadian branch of an American dealership SF Motors located in Texas.

WORLD CARS Houston Based in Aldine Bender Rd in Houston TX. WE specialize in Used cars and Offer Cash, Financing, In House Financing, Buy Here Pay here as well. We just recently opened a new location in Canada and are looking for a Dealership Manager ((person in charge). A person that will handle business operations from A to Z and will handle all the managerial duties and responsibilities such as:

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in sales or of departments in such establishments
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
• Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
• Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
• Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels
• Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing with upper dealership management
• Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry as a whole

Requirements:

– At least 3 years of managerial experience of Automotive dealerships

– Person-in charge designation

-In-depth knowledge of automotive industry and car sales
