Au Comptoir is looking for full-time Line Cooks

Description

Position Info:

·         Position: Line Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $16.30~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 2278 West 4^th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6K 1N8

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Prepare accurate ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized

·         Determine size of food portions

·         Ensure new kitchen staff is well trained on each menu item

·         May involve in recruitment of new kitchen staff

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
