• Assist the restaurant manager for staff management to manage & reduce labour cost;
• Assist the restaurant manager for implementing and evaluating the Standard Operating Procedures;
• Assist the restaurant manager to ensure the restaurant maintains and improves food quality;
• Assist the restaurant manager to organize and coordinate activities between all departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guests’ service experience;
• Assist the restaurant manager for managing and evaluating accounting and administrative reports on a regular basis;
• Assist the restaurant manager Responsible for maintenance and administration of the restaurant premises;
• Assist the restaurant manager for supervising cash register and ensuring accurate transactions are processed;
• Assist the restaurant manager for inventory management, to ensure all raw materials are stocked covering the lead-time;
• Assist the restaurant manager to ensure health and safety regulations are complied with;
• Assist restaurant manager in product development: introduction of new dishes and seasonal specialties;
• Assist restaurant manager in the training of staff and up-gradation of their on-the-job skills.

Qualifications and Skills/Job Requirements:
• Completion of a college program (Diploma) related to hospitality or food and beverage service management;
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience in food service/hospitality/restaurant industry preferred;
• A team leader and the player with proven results;
• Strong and clear understanding of restaurant operations;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
