Assistant Manager, Restaurant: 1 vacancy
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 to 40 hours / week

Specific Skills
Address customers' complaints or concerns; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys; Recruit, train and supervise staff; Prepare and submit reports; Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Provide customer service; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Additional Skills
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Establish methods to meet work schedules; Hire food service staff
